So, I pm him/her, and start chat, it’s all about fake undergraduate degree services, through this man, you can have your undergraduate degree instantly (only needs 1 day to 1 month). Maybe Prof. Bambang Sudibyo (National Education Minister) had to work harder to solve this education problem in Indonesia.

Al-Amin Nasution, member of House of Representative from PPP party caught by KPK in Ritz Carlton, five stars hotels in Jakarta. Sighhhhh…. Finally my ISP blocked my access to several sites, like Youtube, Rapidshare, Multiply, and maybe some other sites too. However I still have an alternatives to access this sites, like proxy-ing my connection but I still have some difficulties, since my browser said that I don’t have Javascript or latest Flash installed, in fact I did have both of them installed on my machine.

Why I need Youtube?

• I used to watch video tutorial related to my hobbies and business

• My child used to watch his favorite animal video (the last video was about tiger and elephant) and some kids song

Why I need Multiply?

• My wifes have a joint account with her sister in Multiply, they used to share image, video, article and many others resource since they are live in different countries.

Definitely, I refused this sites blocking regulation! Depkominfo doesn’t have clear reason on this blocking. If it’s because Fitna film, why the whole Youtube blocked? Even Google, Yahoo and maybe millions sites out there share this movie! Why not trying blocked Google or Internet also? This video can make disintegration to Indonesian people, what? So many things can pull disintegration issues right now, why not blocked them too? If this precedent continued, Indonesia will back to Flinstone age!

This is another silly moved done by Indonesian government (Depkominfo). Started on April4, 2008 some Internet Service Provider (ISP) in Indonesia blocked access to Youtube and other sites that still contained Fitna Movies. However, some ISP still have an access to Youtube but I think this is not gonna last forever, just wait until they block all access to Youtube.

The reason of this blocking actually because Youtube has neglected Indonesian government letters regarding Fitna the Movie content. Depkominfo give 2 days to Youtube to delete Fitna but Youtube ignored. Then, Whats Youtube responds? This is their responds (taken from Detikinet):

I thought, Indonesian moved to blocked Youtube and other sites which is containing Fitna Movie is excessive. This is like killing mosquitos using cannon ball. Personally, I use Youtube to learn many things. Video tutorial performs better compared than just audio or visual media. If they blocked Youtube, this also means I lose my rights to learn!

Berkaitan dengan situs porno, menurut Nuh, esensi yang dilakukan oleh Depkominfo adalah bukan memblok situs porno. Karena situsnya itu sendiri masih tetap ada.

“Yang kita minimize adalah aksesnya. Tim yang akan memonitor. Selain itu, kami juga menerima laporan dari masyarakat. Karena, jika semuanya dilakukan oleh tim itu sendiri, maka akan berat,” ujar Nuh.

Menurut Nuh, pengaturan situs porno ini penting karena dalam dunia virtual pun sebenarnya juga ada ranah publik. Sehingga saat itu sudah menjadi ranah publik harus ada kaidah publik juga. “Kalau mau jualan di website, ya jualan yang baik-baik saja lah. Jualan seperti Ayat-Ayat Cinta,” pungkasnya. (srn)

The point is, Indonesian government want to minimize the access to the porn and other unresponsible sites. The reason behind this decision is the content will demoralized Indonesian people. However, some people doubted this regulation will run effectively.
